Intended Audience
The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) qualification is an introduction to teaching for those who work or would like to work in the further education and skills sector for further education (FE) colleges, independent training providers or Local Authorities.
Overview
Learners will build an understanding of the specific roles and responsibilities related to planning and delivering inclusive training sessions.
Topics covered include: maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, relationships between teachers and other teaching professionals, assessing learners and providing constructive and developmental feedback.

Assessment Methods
- Theory assessment (4 x written assignments, 1 x set of written questions, 1 x scenario)
- 1 x practical assessment (micro-teach).
Certification
Successful learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) e-Certificate immediately after their results have been submitted, subject to any required actions.
