We just wanted to pass on our thanks for the amazing service you provided yesterday.

Our elderly and vulnerable Mum was facing another long, uncomfortable, and unnecessary, night at East Surrey hospital, after having spent the previous night on a bed in a corridor next to a toilet.

We called you out of desperation and you were remarkable.  You immediately dispatched an ambulance and had Mum back at home in her own bed within a few hours of us making the call.

A big thank you on behalf of our family for this and please also thank your team who attended because they were amazing as well.

We will definitely use you again, just hopefully not for the same circumstances as yesterday.

Today I have used your service to transport my Mum from Lincolnshire to Stoke.

Every aspect of the service I received was amazing. From first contact with Linda to the service today from Hazel and Heidi.  You have brilliant staff. They were all a pleasure to deal with and made the whole day a more pleasant experience.

Its not very often these days that such excellence service is provided. Please pass on my thanks

I write this email with a huge amount of gratitude to you and your team.

Firstly, thank you to you for getting our transport sorted so quickly. When we were let down by the NHS transport service in the early afternoon on Friday we didn’t know where to turn. The appointment on Monday for my wife was urgent, we had already been let down once and had to rearrange – that simply couldn’t happen again. As a cardiac patient, my wife could not afford to miss this appointment. You flew into action and got us the transport within an hour. Thank you.

Secondly, please pass on our thanks to the ambulance crew who transported my wife. They were exceptional from the moment they arrived until the moment they dropped her back at home. Both of them are truly a credit to your organisation. Along with my wife’s cardiac issues, she also has a spinal injury so Monday was always going to cause her a lot of pain. Your crew did everything they could to minimise this and keep her safe. Thank you.

I truly do not know what we would have done if you had not been able to help.

“My brother, Peter Lenton was driven to St George’s hospital, Tooting, yesterday 22nd June, in one of your ambulances, from Horsham hospital. The crew were Kim and driver Stuart. I was the escort, which the hospital required. Stuart and Kim got us to St George’s for the 9am appointment and waited for the return journey. They returned us safely to Horsham in time for lunch.

I would just like to say a very big thank you to Kim and Stuart, who did their job with a smile and very professionally. They had to help Peter when he soiled himself before the return journey and they did it without a single word of complaint and put Peter at his ease. Please pass on our thanks to Kim and Stuart, who are great ambassadors for your company.”

Last Monday I had an orthopaedist appointment and Medi 4 was responsible for my transportation to the hospital and back to my home. It’s a year in lockdown, breaking my fibulae now, didn’t help. I’m at my most vulnerable and I need to congratulate Medi 4. Max and Alastair  went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and welcome, more important, safe! It’s easy to complain but I need to say that this two cared about my leg, my mental state, also guaranteed that we would be Covid free in our interactions! FANTASTIC! Thank you! Great team!

The woman who stayed with me until the ambulance came (name unknown) was a great comfort as I was deeply in shock, this being my first car accident in 40 years of driving.
